​New Jersey Cares for kids is a subsidy program that helps working families and Full-Time students who meet the guidelines mandates by the state, pay for a portion of their child care cost. This assistance is provided for children between the ages of 0-13 years of age and up to 19 years of age for children with special needs.  Child Care can be provided by licensed child care centers, registered family day care homes, summer day camps, school aged child care programs and care by relatives and friends.
