About the Role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, Social Work or related field. (Post-Graduate Degree preferred)
Experience: Five years of senior management experience with a proven track record of providing program leadership in a multifaceted organization.
Experience to include knowledge and skills in a wide variety of areas related to the working of a childcare resource and referral agency, childcare data collection and analysis, reporting childcare resource and referral childcare assistance programs, family childcare, marketing and communication.
Financial management of grants, budgeting, and reporting.
Grants management, grant writing, government grant acquisition and compliance, sponsorship, and donations.
Experience improving programs based on an assessment of contract compliance as well as customer satisfaction and impact study.
Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to oversee department(s) and effectively collaborate with team leaders as well as the community.
