About the Role

Coordinate services and communicate across multiple child care programs and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports. Enter data in multiple systems accurately. Provide reports and data as requested from managers and funders. Create reports in order to assess utilization of services. Utilize census data to inform agency of population trends, needs, and service gaps.

Analyze customer service data surveys, evaluations, satisfaction checklists to assess the quality of customer services and recommendations for improvement. Submit program and level of service reports

Qualifications

Experience and/or Education in the following:

  • MS Word (Mail Merge)

  • MS Excel (knowledge about Worksheets, List, Filters, Reports and Pie Graph)

  • MS Power Point (insert videos, music, photos, etc.)

  • MS Publisher (knowledge about Graphic Design, flyers, posters, banners, brochures, newsletters, etc.)

  • MS Access (knowledge about data bases and Reports)

  • Adobe Reader or PDF Program (Edit PDF files and Create Forms)

  • MS Outlook (Manage rules and alerts, massive mailing, etc.)

  • Wix (Web Page)

  • Constant Contact (e-blast Program)

  • Survey Monkey

  • Facebook

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

  • Accurate typing skills

We believe that all families should have good child care that they can afford. CCCC works with parents, community, business, and government. CCCC helps parents find services to help them.

The agency helps the early childhood centers and family child care providers by giving training and other help to improve their programs.
