Professional development and the continuing education of early care teachers and providers are essential ingredients in quality programs for young children. Community Coordinated Child Care is a leader in the field of adult learning for individuals working in early childhood education. Our commitment is twofold - raise the level of professionalism of individuals and the quality of care for young children.

CCCC takes the time to identify the needs of the early care community and the needs of the young child. Then, we work with practitioners, teachers and administrators to develop courses and workshops to address those needs. Our holistic approach also addresses the barriers to adult learning. Our trainers consistently explore and develop new methods of adult learning. We respond to the needs of caregivers and teachers with flexible scheduling, on-site locations and mentoring. We offer college credit, NJ Department of Education Professional Development Hours and CEUs for classes, enabling students to begin or continue higher education programs.

Prescriptive training in High/Scope, curriculum planning and classroom environment, among others, can be arranged by calling 973-923-1433, ext. 138.

CCCC offers extensive professional development programs for early childhood professional, family child care providers, school and public health nurses and public school teachers and administrators.
